Is there a way to follow the logic from the Smartsheet to populate in the PDF in document builder? For example, we have employees answer multiple questions, which at the end will give them a yes for this form or a no. The answers to their questions are then put on the document and emailed to them. Is there a way for the Yes or No to show up on the document.

The yes and no are currently setup as headings that appear when questions are answered.

Are you referring to the option to have their form submission emailed to them? Maybe you'd be willing to share more of what you're looking for or a picture?

If there's anything getting mapped into source sheet from a form, it can be mapped in document mapper to a field or used in conditional logic in an automation.

No, I was able to have it email to them already, but the Smartsheet form they use to answer questions has logic built so at the end the user knows whether they need to continue the process they are working on or if they can close the process based on their answers.

When finished, a PDF is emailed to them with their answers, but the response does not flow to that PDF because it only appears through that logic. So, I really just want that logic within the Smartsheet Form to appear in a similar way on the PDF in document builder.

Hmm, you could always create two separate Document Builder automations, conditioned on what answers appear in given cells. Would that work for what you are hoping to accomplish?
