Can't map Docusign Template from Smartsheet

Hi,

I am trying to map a docusign template from smartsheet document builder however, can't drag fields into the documents.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Angelo C.

Do you have the fields as fillable fields in your DocuSign template? Once you have the fields are fillable in DocuSign, you should be able to see the placeholders in Smartsheet to populate data from Smartsheet to those fields.

I uploaded a word doc on docusign. Not sure if that can be classed as fillable pdf?

I also tried with fillable PDF fields and it still doesn't work
