I am attempting to create a form with logic but when I add in the fields I want them to vie when selecting the options is still shows me all of the fields.

Ideally this is an onboarding form that should only allow them to fill out information for the amount of lines they want to switch over. When I selected 1 it shows me all of the lines instead of just for Line 1.

Hello @Christine0506,

You need to hide all of the line fields and then in the "then show the following fields" section of your form logic add all of the fields you want displayed based on the option in "how many lines."

If you are always going to show Line 1 I would not hide those as it would simply be extra work to do so.
