Proofing email reminder

Client would like to send a reminder email to a reviewer after so many days have passed. In the email, is there a way to insert the file name of the proof? Better yet, can I capture the external proofing link as we cannot send the reviewer to the actual sheet.

I appreciate the suggestion Isaac. This is the same workflow that I visited initially, but does not address my question about accessing the proofing URL in order to send in that reminder email.
