Data Shuttle for Time format
Hello All, I have a question on this data shuttle. Using Data shuttle, I've set column as ETA with users submit times like 02:00. However, when it comes to target sheet from data shuttle, it shows random date data like 1899-12-31. I've change Auto to Text at the data shuttle but unsure how I can make this time going forwards. There are multiple users submitting daily so I cannot manually change =text("hh:mm") on every attached. Thank you in advance!

Hey @SUNNY_BUNNY
I'm happy to help. Could you please share a screenshot of the time data that your users are entering? I'm trying to see the variation in their entries: for example is it always 02:00, or do some enter as 2:00, etc.
I'll help as soon as I understand the data entry.
Thanks,
Kelly

Making it variation to be h:mm or hh:mm brought just the date value into the sheet. However, I made this through by converting time column into separate helper column as =text(cell,"hh:mm").
Thank you

Hey @SUNNY_BUNNY
So did your text formula solve the problem you were experiencing?

Yes, it took text formula applied to be shown as time format but without it, it was showing random dates in Smartsheet.
