Using PowerAutomate to trigger the emailing of a Smartsheet form

Hi all,
I tried digging around for this already, so I apologize in advance if this has already been answered. I'm reorienting to Smartsheet / Power Automate and I was wondering if there was a way to trigger a workflow in Power Automate to send a Smartsheet form over to someones email.
This would ideally be for a form I'm working on that would prompt managers to fill out their new employee IT needs. Thanks as always!

Yes, it should work if you add the form link in Power Automate or in a cell/column in Smartsheet to include it from PA.
