I think it would be a much better idea that smartsheet when attaching documents to an autoamted email, actually uploads the file.

Currently smartsheet attaches a link, and this can cause confusion for users that are not actively using smartsheet in their day-to-day work.

Due to the current format, this can lead to missed or late appovals, and / or simply missed information.
