I’m a Grid View currently…but bring on Table View!!!
-
In Sheets, I use the grid view most. I am excited about the new table view, though. :)

It all starts with Grid view. 😉

I live in the data, so definitely grid view.
If I was just a user of the data I would probably be more of a board view, but as the main asset developer I am tied more closely to rid for sure.

Hi there. I prefer Grid views as it walks me and the team through the details and helps on mapping the project better. However, after checking on some of the comments above, I might as well start exploring on different views soon. 😚

I am definitely Gantt view! After creating a double slider Gantt for a client I realized it was extremely helpful in other engagements and it is my go to when creating a 🤯 experience for client users. It keeps things visually simple for non-project data professionals.

I love calendar view. I am involved in and oversee both waterfall and agile projects, so having the ability to see overlapping schedules and the option to filter for specific schedule components or specific projects has been a life saver.

HANDS DOWN, Grid View.
I love everything Smartsheet has to offer of course but I do find myself favoring Grid View. The reason behind this is because most of my project plans are shown in this view, and for me it is the best way to showcase the most amount of information needed when presenting, or having a working session with the team.
Recently I built out a Task List by Priority Template for my team, so I have been playing around with KanBan Boards a lot more, and learning the value in it. People do make fun of me because I am old school, and I prefer to have my tasks / to-do list written down on a special notepad only for "to-do." That way I can write what I want, and high light it when it is down. It is also a better way for me to remember and learn. Writing is better for me than typing.
Have a blessed day, everyone! -
I live in Grid View! All our support and request tickets are logged in Smartsheet, so grid view is the most efficient way for me to view what's on my plate.

I use the following for many different purposes:
Timeline View- We utilize this with our project plan when we change from grid view as Project Managers.
Board View: This is utilized in our organization when it comes to seeing tasks as well as intake requests.
Grid View: All of our project plans are set up in grid view for setting up project tasks.
Gnatt View: Project managers utilize this the most when it comes to project plans as well and viewing with leadership.
Calendar View: I have placed calendars on dashboards as well as shared dashboards with management and Sr leadership to see projects and intake requests in an organized view and allowing them to look at them from a quarter view basis.

I use a variety of views depending on what I'm trying to do. I like to work in grid view but my team mostly works in card view for Kan Ban-type planning. I use Gantt when I'm trying to finalize schedules and we use the calendar (app) view to show our content calendars to our internal customers, like sales teams.

Grid view has the most flexibility, but I think they all have their place depending on the solution. Becoming a bigger fan of board view for those I work with who need a tile based view.
-
My default is Grid View. It is easier to use for collaboration with internal and external partners.
I started using Board View recently. It is extremely helpful in keeping up with my projects and requests.
-
Grid view is my happy place.
But I mostly use Gantt view for Exec overviews and when sharing status with team members.
