Consolodating rows with the same primary column
My company is looking to replace an Excel spreadsheet that we use to record the results of an order report in SAP. The problem we have is that SAP populates each order by the lines on that order.
So for example; if an order has 8 lines on it, it lists that order 8 times with the quantity of each line rather than showing one line per order with the total quantity on the order. We were looking at incorporating a macro in excel, but ideally we would like to move into Smartsheet and bypass excel entirely.
Would there be any way to have the program auto consolidate these lines into one line in Smartsheet while also summing the quantities?
