How do I add a clickable link inside a message sent via automated workflows? I tried adding a link to direct the recipient to another sheet so the recipient can reply to a survey, but when the message arrived in the recipient's inbox, the link is not clickable.

Hello!

I have been able to add a clickable link in an automated message by adding my message, hitting enter so there is a space between the message and link, then adding the link and hitting the space bar at the end.

Example:

Follow the link below to complete the survey:

www.linkhere.com (hit the space bar after the .com)

Thank you, Michelle - that does indeed work! Now to figure out how to "pretty up" the link, lol.

My link is https: //app.smartsheet.com/b/form/144a48ef8e584768af289c2796d6975e. (the blank after https: is on purpose to show the string.) If I edit the link name Smartsheet Forms

, when the message is viewed by the recipient, the link is no longer clickable. Do you have any ideas about how to insert user friendly links?
