How do I not have data shuttle change Smartsheet data to blank?

I am using data shuttle to update information in smartsheet from an excel csv sheet. There are 6 columns I am having it update. When I run the data shuttle workflow it updates to the new source information including deleting the information in Smartsheet and changing it to a blank value. I have tried to use the filter option to isnotblank, but I am still getting deleted information in smartsheet to blank.

Image 1 is the information as it is in Smartsheet and Image 2 is it changing to blank after using the data shuttle workflow.

I have tried using the filter options. If I use the AND function it only updates the rows that have all 6 columns as IS NOT BLANK, which is roughly 14. If I do the OR function to try and exclude blank information for them I still get it changing information to Blank.

@MichaelSmith1726 Are you positive that those new values are really blank and don't have a space in them?

@Danielle Wilson I verified that all blank cells did not have a space. Still have the issue.

This also wouldn't be the case because when I switch the filter to AND so no where in the row has a blank it recognizes the Blank values and only pulls 14 rows that doesn't have any Blank values.
