"Live" source template sheet

We have projects running with long and complex workflows and thousands of tasks - so we need to break these down into multiple sheets (dozens), and then use reports to extract data from tasklits to time-tracking and budget burndown.

However - if we need to change the structure or components of the sheet in any way ( extra column, renamed column, conditional formatting, update drop downs, amend automations ) - we have to do this manually over multiple sheets.

What would be fantastic is a "dynamic" template sheet for the overall project / initiative which can be updated at source, and those changes spin out across multiple sheets that have been created from the base template.

This is a phenomenal idea! It would absolutely make my life easier if I could update a template, and the latest version would automatically propagate those changes to any sheets created using that template.
