JIRA connector error
Hello community,
Recently created a bi-directional sync and have experienced some very random errors. This is JIRA coming into Smartsheet and we have it set up to only bring in a JIRA number nothing else. Permissions are set correctly.
Has anyone experienced this?
"Smartsheet REST exception occurred. Error code: 5536. Error Message: The value for cell in column {0}, did not conform to the strict requirements for type {1}."
Thanks

@scot tupper I'd recommend changing your columns from "restrict to list" and see if that helps!

Hi,
Did you setup the bi-directional sync and then change the types of your columns? What type of column your first column in the sheet?
SSFeatures - The browser extension that adds more features into SmartSheet.
- Automatic sorting, sorting with filters, saving sort settings
- Spell checking
- Report PDF generator that supports grouped and summarized reports

Hi @SSFeatures no changes. It is a drop down with restrict to list values checked. We are not syncing this column BTW. We used to use this exact same sheet with a one-way flow from JIRA without issues.
Thanks

@Danielle Wilson that was going to be my next step, thanks.

Per your suggestion I unchecked restrict and ran it again, same error message. I guess a ticket to support is in order. Thanks

Per Smartsheet support, I had to uncheck all columns that had Restrict to list values.
