I am not scared of challenges because they provide opportunities for growth.

Facing challenges head-on allows us to push beyond our comfort zones and discover new strengths. Every obstacle brings a lesson, whether it's a success or a setback, and helps build resilience. When we embrace difficulties, we gain confidence in our ability to handle future uncertainties. In the end, it's not about avoiding challenges, but about learning to navigate them with a mindset focused on growth and improvement.

Really appreciate your candid response, Paul. Love how you filled in the blanks, and thoroughly agree.

  • I am not scared of failure because that is where we grow, prosper, and innovate.

Failure is a powerful teacher, offering lessons that success cannot, helping us identify areas for growth and improvement. Through failure, we learn to adapt, innovate, and build resilience, leading to greater success in the long run. Embracing failure fosters creativity and pushes us to find new, better ways of doing things.👍️

  • I am not scared of poking a little fun at myself during a training session because YOLO. I find that being a little silly relaxes others and shows that we all make mistakes!

  • I am not scared of Index/Match because I went to the "Unlock precision data retrieval" session at Engage 2024.

  • I´m not scared of not understanding because there is alwyas a reason behind and a way to progress

I am not scared of anything because I am always willing to accept a challenge.

◾ I went through college late in life MBA (graduated in 2019), and still managed to get a 4.0 GPA. I was determined and focused.

◾ Don't know a software needed at a job? I haven't been exposed to it, I can learn it. I didn't know Smartsheet until I started at Medtronic!

◾ Just went through Hurricane Milton (I am near Disney World in Central FL). My husband had the generator going so I could work (no PTO for contractors!) I did some stress cooking before the hurricane, and we ate well before and after!

From time to time I find myself in a challenging position, whether it be a challenging request from a team member, a challenging formula or something in my personal life. So mine is:

I am not scared of challenges because they push me to improve and discover my true potential.
