Auto provisioning of projects in Control Center

I have a Control Center program with 4 different blueprints. I would like to do auto provisioning where I can designate the blueprint to be used at the Intake Sheet level (via intake form). I don't see a way to do this in Control Center and suspect it may not be possible. Has anyone else tried this or can someone confirm that it is not possible?

If I understand you right, you have one common intake sheet but 4 different blueprints. You can configure auto provisioning per blueprint in Control center and have 4 separate project approval columns in your intake. Depending on the column, that has value, Control Center automation can use the corresponding blueprint to spin up the project.

Thank you both for your quick responses. I modified my intake sheet and was successful in auto-provisioning for each of the 4 blueprints in the control center program.
