Data Shuttle off of Attachment

Hello,

I have a data shuttle that stopped working when the owner left the company. I rely on this data shuttle for important barging updates. I used to be able to attach the most recent excel document to all attachments every morning and the sheet would update. Now it is just giving me dates across all of the cells. Please help me fix my problem.

Hi Taylor,

I would start by editing the workflow and ensuring all columns are mapped correctly. If they are mapped correctly, then check the excel data to ensure this is correct. To me this sounds like a mapping or data problem. Best of luck! I hope its fixed for you soon.
