Systems and Services subscription renewal dates
I have a sheet which tracks the various systems we use and their monthly & annual subscription charges.
We'd like to have SS tell us when a renewal date is approaching, particularly with the annual charges at first, but then have that date push out to one year (or month if it's monthly).
A notification email would then get sent whenever a charge is 7 days away so we can decide whether to keep that service and we don't just end up with a skillion of these subscriptions over time because the list gets regular scrubbing.
It would also be nice to be able to set up a saved Filter that filters out everything that's not due within 7 days, BUT without having to manually adjust dates every month/year.
Any ideas for how to gracefully set up my sheet to accomplish this?
