How do I set up an approval request to multiple people but only one person needs to approve?

Hi @Han.Seo - I would set up an automated workflow with a select group or specific people who are approvers to receive the action request and then everyone receives an alert once it has been approved by someone so they can review it or know it’s been approved. Try using a template if you are unfamiliar with starting from scratch and Smartsheet University also has a course for workflows (hope this helps):
