Offloading Data to One Drive using Data Shuttle

Hi everyone,

I am trying to offload a Smartsheet sheet to OneDrive. When I sign in from the "Select your target file" page after selecting "OneDrive & Sharepoint" as my target location, a notification appears that I "Need admin approval".

I have contacted my IT team to grant me the approval but they are telling me that a new API integration is needed. I was hoping that this would be a simple ask for them but since I am not an admin I have no idea how connecting Smartsheet to OneDrive and Sharepoint would work. If someone has experience and can shed some light that would be amazing. Thanks!

Are you a SysAdmin for your account? If not, there is some work that your SysAdmin has to do in order for it to work. That access error likely means your SysAdmin needs to approve Smartsheet in the Microsoft Azure portal.
