The Data Shuttles aren't processing on upload but I can run manually. Any ideas why?

I have about 100 Data Shuttle workflows which have been running as expected on upload for the past 6 months. On 11/13 all of sudden about 100 decided to stop running on upload. I can still manually run them. The offload workflows are working so that should trigger them to run.

If your Data Shuttle workflows stopped running on upload but still work manually, check if file names or locations have changed, as they must match the workflow settings. Ensure the "Run on File Upload" trigger is enabled and re-save the workflow settings. Verify your storage service connection and reauthenticate if needed. If files are being overwritten instead of uploaded as new, try uploading a fresh file. Since this issue started for all workflows on the same date, it may be a system issue—check the Smartsheet Status Page or contact Support for assistance.
