Data Shuttle Mapping

I am creating a data shuffle workflow with a source that has 74 columns. Is there a way for the headers to auto populate when I am mapping, or do I manually have to type in my headers for all columns?

I am not sure I am understanding your question. What do you mean by auto populate?

I'm not sure it is the best way to do it but, when I am setting up a new Workflow for Data Shuttle, I start by importing the data file into a clean/new grid. That will auto populate all the columns from your excel file into the new grid. Then you can use the grid/sheet that you just created as your destination sheet in your Data Shuttle workflow.
