Why my Data Shuttle workflow been archived automatically?

I created a data shuttle workflow to upload a file from SharePoint, but it has been archived by smartsheet automatically. Could you please help to let me know what's the reason?

    Hi @Alisa Wu,

    Thanks for providing the screenshot of the notification you received - since this states that your plan no longer has access to Data Shuttle, this will be the reason that your workflow has been archived. Data Shuttle is a premium app that can be purchased on top of a Smartsheet plan. 

    I recommend reaching out to a System Admin of your plan to have them confirm that your company’s account no longer has Data Shuttle (you can find your main System Admin’s contact details by clicking your Account Profile icon and selecting Plan Info).

    Many thanks for your response.

    But I can find my workflow in "Archived workflows" and I can restore the workflow. After restored, I can run the workflow as normal. It's seems I still have access for Data Shuttle. Could you please advise? Thanks in advance.

    Hi @Alisa Wu,

    Thanks for the additional information! I can see that you’re on evaluation mode of data shuttle, which means that your organisation is using our Advance capabilities evaluations. It might be that your evaluation is coming to an end - you can ask your System Admin about this. 

    Alternatively, it may be that it’s been archived due to errors. Workflows that continue to fail will automatically be paused. I can see from your screenshot that the workflow status shows as “Paused”. 

    You can click on “Paused” on the workflow to see the run logs and review any errors there, and then you can review and edit the configuration for the workflow to ensure that it runs smoothly. If you’re seeing errors in the workflow’s run logs and you’d like help understanding the errors, please share a screenshot here and I’ll do my best to help!
