Assign value to a field from another field during automation

I have automation where rows from one sheet are copied to another sheet. During the automation, I need to change values in some fields to a value stored in another field. I have options only to hardcode a value to be assigned but not to read from another field. For example, when a story is moved to the next sprint, the row is copied over to another sheet, but I want the Sprint# field to have the next Sprint number.
