What template can i use to facilitate paperless employee files with tracking and alerts?
We currently have a paper solution/big bulky employee file. We are trying to move into a paperless solution, where we can not only track the basic documents for new hires and ongoing employees but for example when an employee is due to complete a module and or sign off on a policy. Is there any capabilities that anyone has found in Smartsheet's for this kind of build? We are talking for over 100 employees, meaning 100 employee files within Smartsheet's. Thoughts? Thanks!

You can set up automations for reminders and checkboxes when things are due and are completed. -
Hi Paul, thank you for this potentially can work, it's a little more than the template piece, i would need to create essentially employee folders for each employee, keep documents in it, and then add alerts and reminders for the employee to their leader to remember to renew them every year let's say for a module, so aside from the template build, i need a place where to easily upload all docs. almost like a shared drive within smartsheets
