How to find how many sheets are using forms in my account?

Is there any way to find out how many sheets in my account are using forms? (Short of opening up each sheet and clicking on Manage Forms! We have way too many sheets for that!) We need a way to estimate how many surveys our organization has out there. Thanks for any help.

Hi,

I hope you're well and safe!

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

As a possible workaround, so you at least don't need to open each sheet and go to manage forms.

If the form is active, you should see it underneath the sheet on the left side as soon as you open it.

hi @PSP Admin ,

I am not aware of such funcionality out of box in Smartsheet but maybe you can ask Smartsheet Support to generate such report for you.

Another option if you want to save some clicks you can go to the Close Workspace Panel and it if you mark any sheet it will show you if it has Form created (but still you need to mark it).
