How is everyone handling the lack of reporting on premium app use while provisioning / deprovisioning users?

When you go through the true up, we can move owners/ members to viewers but what is happening to all the premium app builds. We can SEE the count of sheets, reports and dashboards they own but nothing about the premium apps. And to sit and scroll through 500+ dynamic views and 500+ data shuttles is a nightmare when you can not export the data…. Half the time support says to transfer the builds before a user leaves but with what about the ones missed, what about the immediate terminations. When you use SSO, security wise no one else will be logging into that account— then what.

When you have 15,000+ users as a system admin you should just see on the user reports what apps they have built and have the option to mass transfer.

At this time, there are plans to add this to be part of Plan Insights in the Plan Usage dashboard so that an admin will get more granular data on what advanced capabilities (ex. Dynamic View and Data Shuttle) that a particular user is using. Please note that there is no timeline on this yet, and it is subject to change.
