I'd like the option to tag a comment for future follow up, and have the ability to filter all comments for those needing follow up. We use Conversations in our team meeting to capture ideas, changes, or follow ups needed. Also, for comments added in between meetings, I like to peruse what users have added and flag what we need to talk about in the next touch base meeting with the team. We can use the follow up button to keep track of what comments are still "open" and which are "closed".
