Is it possible to add more sorting options. right now we only have three drop down bars, I need four. How can I add more?

    The way it is now is the way it used to be in Excel before I think Office 2000.

     

    If you want to do a 5 column sort:

    work out which columns that you want to sort by.  

    Then order the five columns in order of importance.

    do the Last three columns first i.e. 3rd, 4th and 5th in that order

    Do the remaining 2 columns next i.e. 1st and 2nd.

     

    The result will be a 5 column sort.
