Time Date Stamps

Hello new user here... Our company just went live with Smartsheet and we are working through typical implementation issues. One of our big surprises is that e-mailed discussions are not time/date/recipient stamped for reference. Β Did a search for this issue but suprissingly it didn't return a result.Β Have others found a work around for this, other than cc'ing youself and everyone else for the history?

    You are correct, emails sent from Smartsheet are not tracked in the app but we are looking to improve this functionality in future releases and I will submit your feedback to the Product team!
