Linking a web form to a separate web form.

Hi,

I'm looking to link one web form at the end of a separate web form. The second web form is about 10 fields and isn't needed unless a certain criteria is met. So I don't want the users to have to see these fields unless they are needed, and the form is also for a separate sheet. I would like to add a hyperlink to the end of the form in case the second form is needed. Thanks

This isn't currently possible with Smartsheets. I would recommend looking at using Google Forms to create a form with that functionality and linking it to Smartsheets.

You could use add logic to your form to open the questions only if the box is checked. Then have the data collected as needed and use an automation to move the data to where you want it if collected.
