Anyone having issues with Outllok app uploading attachments that are NOT checkmarked?
I submitted an email to support yesterday but have not heard back.
I'm having an issue where I uncheck attachments I do not want to upload to SS and it's ignored and uploaded anyway. I then go into SS and delete those attachments.
For a lengthy email chain, there could be a lot of jpg's from signatures that do not need to be uploaded and just cause unnecessary bloat to the attachments screen.

This doesn't sound like expected behavior in the Outlook app. Please work with our Support team to troubleshoot the issue further.
There may be some delay in their responses due to high ticket volume, but they'll definitely respond as soon as possible and work with you on troubleshooting the issue.

Thanks for the response. I did submit an email to support but have not heard back. It still occurs today.
I can work around it until I hear from them.
