Multiselect Dropdown with Form integration

Please add this feature. My company is tasking me to compare Smartsheet and Airtable. We currently have bases in Airtable and I'm seeing how well the data would "translate" if we transitioned to Smartsheet. So many of our fields require a multi-select field type, that until this is delivered, I can't make the recommendation to move.

Agreed!  Lack of the (very common) multiple choice feature on forms has delayed SmartSheet adoption at our company.  Please advise when available so we can start promoting use of SmartSheet forms again.

Thanks for all of the passion and feedback about multi-select dropdown columns. As Daniel mentioned above, it is definitely on our list of priorities. While we have not been able to start development work on it as we had hoped, we know how important it is, and will post an update once we have a committed timeline for its release.

Thanks for the update, but this should be one of the top priorities for Smartsheet. We're recent Smartsheet adopters and need this functionality sooner rather than later. Please don't push off another year.

One more new SmartSheet user who cannot fulfill my project without this functionality. What we really need is an "add" button for multiple entries in a given data field. For example, in a travel request we would want a dropdown with options of Round Trip, One Way and Multi-City.

Depending on the choice, either fields for outbound/inbound information; single flight information; or single flight lines with a button to add another flight for as many as the trip requires.

Unfortunately, until this functionality is available, SmartSheet does not do much to enhance our processes.
