Transfer a folder's ownership to another account

Hi, I have recently recieved a licenced user with my company mail account and I would like to transfer all the work I made with the trial version user (which is related with another mail account) to this new one which is the official. 

Is there a way to do this directly and not creating and sharing workplaces stuff?

Another question: If I have a workplace with item which owns my trial account shared with the licenced account, are all those items and folders transfered to the non-owner account once the trail user is expired?

I don't see a way to share folders which means transferring ownership the same way you would a sheet, workspace, etc. isn't possible. I would contact Smartsheet directly with this one.
