Formulas // How to set up one sheet writing to another

I created a project request form for one of my team members -- others on the team enter a request by filling out the form, and so the sheet becomes his workload queue.

Another team member has a schedule on a separate sheet with some items assigned to the same resource. She asked if there is a way that if she selects his name as assigned to a task on her sheet, could some of the data from that row on her sheet be added to the workload queue sheet.

Anyone know how this could be set up?

This is not possible within Smartsheets itself. Copying data between sheets is a manual process unless you initiate the help of a 3rd party product like Zapier. There are some possible workarounds you might consider if the data that he normally views, and the data she is wanting to share with him come from similarly designed sheets. In that case you could consider consolidating all of his rows on a report. But more likely than not, those sheets are totally different. in that case I would recommend exploring a third party process.
