Cell lookup and linking from another sheet

Good Morning All!

Here is my dilemma if anyone can help. I have two worksheets. One has employee ID numbers and a box checked if they have a certain certification. Is it possible to create a formula that essentially says if box gets checked in worksheet A, look in worksheet B for name and check box in worksheet B? Or if a new row/checkbox (not currently on the worksheet) gets added into A a new row will appear in B notifying us to look and put in the new information from A?

Hello,

You can create references to other sheets. You might consider creating an IF statement that checks the box in one sheet when the corresponding box is checked in the other sheet.
