publish workspace structure without complete workspace
I have a number of sheets and folders in a workspace. I have the workspace shared with some people and they can see my structure fine. For other users I have only shared specific sheets, these other users don't actually see the structure I created at all, with their account they just see another sheet in their general sheets list.
Is there some way I can create a filing structure in a single workspace and grant access to specific individual sheets and have those select people still see the file structure and only the sheets they were granted access to?

Hi,
Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible for them to see anything but what they have access to.
I hope this helps you!

Can you describe what you would like to see?
I've some ideas on what I would want to see, but don't want to influence you with my thoughts.
To be clear, I do not have a solution, but this syncs with other use cases I have.
Oh, and "publish" in your post title is misleading. Publish is likely not the way to solve this.

So as a base what I might have is below.
Top level workspace
- folder 1
- sheet a in 1
- sheet b in 1
- Folder 2
- sheet c in 2
- sheet d in 2
I'd like everyone to see the "top level workspace" name when they look at their left hand navigation. I might grant access to bob to see "sheet c in 2" so from a navigation point of view he should see following because this is all he has access to.
Top level workspace
- Folder 2
- sheet c in 2
Unfortunately today all he sees is:
Sheets
- sheet c in 2
So there is no good way to tell a person how to navigate or find a sheet today. The are totally left to their own filing system or depend on someone sending them direct link.
- folder 1

Would
Sheets:
Top level workspace - Folder 2 <<< this is a folder, not a workspace
- sheet c in 2
work?
(Smartsheet does not currently have folder sharing or sub-workspaces, so this is not possible yet)
