Smartsheet App - Loss of Predicitve text on iOS

Hi all

My team and I use the smartsheet app on mobile devices and find it amazing and quick for what we need....until the recent app update.

The predictive text section has disappeared and has been replaced with an option to scan barcodes, again a highly valuable tool for what we need, but the predictive text loss is slowing our work down and causing problems.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way to recall the predictive text function?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

For me, Swedish doesn't work, but English does. Which language are you using?

We are using English but still cannot access the predictive text, do you still have predictive text available?

I do. Does it work anywhere else? Have you checked that it's enabled in the iOS settings?

I have checked the iOS settings and predictive text is set to "on" yet on the web forms it does not appear, just the barcode scan option.

After checking different sheets it looks like it is only the web forms which are affected, yet this is all we need to have the predictive text on, am slightly baffled.

I checked Smart Forms, and yes it doesn't work. I hadn't noticed it before because I use Swedish, and we don't have predictive text.
