Having viables on a form

I have a form that my company uses to enter new jobs on our manufacturing schedule, However  we also do a select amount of installs. Is it possible to have the form be able to have a drop down menu (this i know it can) that when The questions is "Is this an install" the user selects "No" then all of the Install questions get "greyed out"

This is not possible in Smartsheet. But you might try looking into setting up a google form that populates your Smartsheet and allows for more fancy form options.

Google forms is an excellent option and Formstack, 123FormBuilder are other alternatives.

I can't speak to Formstack or 123FormBuilder, but I do like Google forms, and the integration is pretty seamless as well.
