I would love to have the ability to limit drop down values based on logic. For example, the drop down may have 10 values but based on a field value, it should be limited to 3.

As you have found, we currently don't have this functionality, but please feel free to submit a Product Enhancement Request to let our Product team know that you'd like to have this functionality in Smartsheet.
