Can't attach Egnyte file

Hi All,

We've been using Egnyte as our cloud storage and love the Smartsheet attachment feature for Egnyte. Unfortunately, for some people it has stopped working. Admin has it enabled in SS, so that's not the issue. When these users click on the Egnyte option, a window flashes open, but then immediately closes. One of our other staff mentioned having this problem and thought it was a browser add-in that she disabled, but couldn't identify which one. Before I go down that long and winding path, I thought I'd reach out to see if anyone else has had this issue and was able to pinpoint the add-in causing the trouble?
