iPad Dashboard Navigation

When I create a dashboard, I am unable to create a link to a specific folder within the same workspace that is accessible with an iPad. I've tried it a few different ways (URL's, smartsheet shortcuts, etc.) but whenever I press on the link, it just navigates me back, out of whatever workspace I'm in, to the home tab of the app.

There is no error message or indication of what the problem might be. Reports, Sheets, Workspaces,  and Forms all work correctly.

Thanks for the help!

    Hi,

That's strange! I just tested, and it works for me.

If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team. Smartsheet Support Team

    Hope that helps!

    Have a fantastic weekend!

I was able to reproduce the same outcome and I'm working with the Support team to troubleshoot further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

    Hi JBLS,

We've determined that the behaviour you're experiencing is caused by a bug and our Development team is actively working on a resolution. Unfortunately we are not able to provide a time-frame on how long the resolution could take but we are doing our best in order to have this fixed as soon as possible.

  • Hi JBLS,

My apologies for the delay in response; this issue has been resolved and the link should now take you to the desired folder.

If you experience any other unexpected issues, please reach out to Support

    Thanks,

    Genevieve
