Automated Emails for Workflows - too many
I have set up the workflows (LOVE THEM) But... we are getting too many emails.
One for the approval.
then you get an email stating what you just approved. This in a world of too many emails. How can we stop the extra email notification? I unchecked the box on the personal settings - but all that did was not give ANY email notifications.
i need something inbetween or just to send emails as stated in the workflow.

One thing you can change is to not receive an email when YOU make the change. This might help in reducing the amount of emails you get even when you make the changes. This can be found in your personal settings.

I don't think the personal setting will work. They want the initial email. They are just trying to stop that second confirmation email.

I think a Product Enhancement Request would be in order for this one. I've gotten so used to confirmation emails all the time no matter where you go that I just wait for it then delete it.
