Exporting options in Dynamic View

Currently, there isn't a way to export or print a dynamic view report.  How do I create a report that provides my vendors with up to date status on all deliverables, allowing them to also be able to export the information onto an excel spreadsheet.  My question is how can I design pull communication within a dynamic view rather my having to create the export and sending it out.

Have you looked at using Reports instead and maybe automatically sending out a recurring Excel file?
