Can we export a set of detailed files along with high level report?

I would like to create a Smartsheet for 10+ programs.

Each PM will update their own sheet on a weekly basis.

PM Manager will generate an Executive Report from the data of all 10+ sheets/programs to management team.

When sending status to the executive team, also include the detailed information from each sheet in the email (or link to Box). Goal here is so execs do not have to login/go to Smartsheet if they want more details.

What's the easiest way to do this?

You could always include the Sheet Name column in the report. That links back to the individual PM sheet.

Thanks, I added clarity to the question. The goal for the detailed info as a backup is for execs to not have to login to Smartsheet and can view everything in email.

What information more specifically do you want to include in the email?

You could also include a PDF or an Excel file in the email.

Would that work?

Yes, pdf export would be great but how do I export one pdf with 10 different sheets? We want to provide management with a high level view then a way to see all the details in one spot if they chose to. Thanks!

What's the best way to export all 10 sheets in the report and drop them in a folder? Is there a bulk export per folder feature? Perhaps I should ask this in a separate thread...

I'd recommend creating a recurring send out of the sheets or create reports for each sheet and send those out automatically with PDF file included. Someone would have to save them to a folder. It also could be possible to automate the part to collect them all in folders with a third-party service like Zapier or similar.
