Does anyone have a docusign/smartsheet "how to" instructions? I have tinkered around a bit but am having a hard time recreating a workflow in smartsheet labs. I think the issue is setting up my docusign template.

What are you struggling with more specifically?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])

Thanks for your help! I am able to connect the smartsheet columns to my docusign template but believe that I am not populating the "recipient" field correctly as every sheet is sent by me and then is delivered to me.

You have to start with creating the template in DocuSign and set up the different roles/fields, and then you'll see those roles/fields available when you build the workflow in Smartsheet and select which field in Smartsheet should be used in DocuSign.

I have successfully set up the template in docusign/smartsheet except for the receipient. Each time I send out a test, the docusign envelope come from me and sends to me instead of the contact in smartsheet. Make sense?
