Copy of my responses
I'm not sure if this was already addressed in a previous post or not so I appreciate your patience. I created a registration form that has 6 choices for respondents to choose from. Is there a way to format the "copy of my response" email to only include the specific choice they picked? Currently, the email includes all 6 choices in the email body and the option that has a date indicates what they actually picked. Please see attached screenshot of a test entry for reference.
Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

You cannot format the response email itself, but you are able to send out an Alert or Reminder automatically through the Automations that can include that information. Automations (generally) take no more than 15 minutes to send once they are triggered.

Hi Chris,
The third-party service, Zapier could be an alternative option for this scenario. Is that an option for you?
