Clear background / highlighting colors

I added the "Modified" column to a report that feeds my dashboard. Some of the dates are highlighted yellow and some aren't. I checked the source sheets and I don't see any yellow. There was in the past, but it has long been removed and does not show up on any other reports.

How do I get rid of the yellow highlighting that is showing up on my report?

It sounds to me like you have Highlight changes activated in the report.

Was that the issue?

Another area to check is Conditional Formatting, the button for which is found immediately to the left of the Highlight tool that Andre has pointed out in the previous reply.

Hope you find where the yellow is coming from

Can you see the color in the sheet or only in the report?

The color is on the report (and of course the dashboard) but nowhere on the sheets that I'm running the report against. I do have one hidden column that I unhide and checked but it does not have the color either. The sheets are all built from the same template, but the yellow is not consistent. It shows up on six and not on the other two.

I thought the color might be indicating a certain age or length of time since the last modification, but the color or lack of color stays the same when I make modifications.

I am an Admin, but I cannot edit the workspace
