Work Orders
Been using Smartsheets for over a year with just some basic tracking sheets and task lists to share. Ready to make the jump into more complex sheets. I have 18 warehouse facilities across the country and trying to come up with a sheet to track the numerous work orders that come through my office. Was thinking of creating a work order request form to send to all properties that when completed, will populate a sheet. Need to be able to track work orders by property. Not sure if a sheet for each property is most efficient, or can one sheet do all. Looking for suggestions.
Thx,
Barry

Hi Barry,
There are a few different ways to structure a solution.
The best way depends on the specifics.
What do you want to do with the information, how many people are working in the sheets in each facility, who should have access and to what and more?
Can you describe your process in more detail? That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week!
