Contact List Drop Downs

Hi all,

We have contact columns that we are trying to add hundreds of contacts too. The number is not above the limit specified by Smartsheet that I found; however, names continuously disappear. For example, User A may be able to drop-down and select John Doe as the main contact, but User B can't even see John Doe as an option. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

User A might have John Doe as a personal contact while User B does not. Check to see if John Doe is associated with your account, and if not, invite him. All of your users will see him after acceptance of the invite.

Yes, all users in the contact columns are a part of our Enterprise account.

I would suggest reaching out to support. I have noticed some of my sheets getting a little "buggy" these past few days. I haven't been able to pinpoint where the issue is coming from yet though.
