active face not show

the active face of one the team member is not showing in my account. All other team members active face are shown. what is the problem?

    Hi,

    Did it show up previously?

    The Team member has to add a picture and also change their Personal Settings to show it or the System Admin has to change the accounts Profile Visibility.

    Add or Change Your Photo and Other Details

    In addition to your name and email, you can add the following to your personal profile: a photo, your job title, your department, company name, and work and mobile phone numbers.

    To add or update personal profile details:

    1. Click Account > Personal Settings in the upper-right corner of the Smartsheet window.
    2. Select Profile from the left panel.
    3. Make the desired changes to your profile and click Save.

    Control How Others See Your Personal Profile Information

    If you’re part of a multi-user plan, you can specify whether people inside of or outside of your organization can see your photo, profile information, or both. To customize profile visibility:

    1. Click Account > Personal Settings in the upper-right corner of the Smartsheet window.
    2. Select Profile from the left panel.
    3. Next to Visibility, click Customize.
    4. Under Inside: Your Organization and Outside: Your Organization, check or uncheck the Show Photo and Show Details check boxes.

    5. NOTE: If you’re unable to add check marks to the boxes, it’s likely that your System Admin has configured profile visibility at the organization level; if that’s the case, you won’t be able to change these visibility setting unless your System Admin changes this setting for your entire organization.

    7. Click Save.

    When others see your personal profile card, they’ll see only the level of detail (photo, details, or both) that you specify.
